About MJOrganizers

MJOrganizers is a Sole Proprietorship with Jameel Webb-Davis as its owner. She spent many years gathering financial data for actuaries and upper management, but never felt that she was making a difference within her community. The security of a steady paycheck kept her with the company for many years, but eventually she knew that she had to step out and make a real difference. Since 1996 she had been working as a volunteer helping senior citizens, and then also friends and relatives organizing their personal finances. Not only did she love doing it, but there is a real need for it.

Understanding and managing your personal finances is one of the most important aspects of maintaining your lifestyle, as well as your health and your peace of mind. However, there are very few resources available to help people with this information - so Jameel created MJOrganizers. Very quickly after founding the company it became clear that just providing organizing services was not going to be enough.

Many people need help organizing their bills and receipts, but there is an underlying problem – people with money aren’t getting their bills paid! They don’t understand terms on their credit card statements! They don’t know how to write out a check correctly! This problem is occurring across all educational levels and economic classes. So MJOrganizers decided that while everyone else is talking about how to get rich, MJOrganizers talks about how to manage the money you have.
